People who upload their own films to video-sharing website YouTube will soon get a share of the ad revenue.

Well you see whats going to happen here. Everyone is going to start making stupid films and unloading them to the site. Lots more crap on the site and its also going to fill their servers up extremely quick.

I'm guessing they'll pay by rating, for instance a low rating will not earn much or any but high rated vids will earn more.

i'm sure you'd have to sign some deal saying that you won't post the vid in any form anywhere else, or already have so.
