State requires doctors to identify HIV patients
Starting Jan. 1, Massachusetts doctors will be required to provide the state with the name of anyone testing positive for HIV

I think that is a clear violation of HIPPA laws. Any lawyer worth his salt would challenge that one. OF course, we all know how good Ma. is at making laws and challenging them.
