sure the card is only $1, but how much is the reader/writer? and whats the speed like?

Maybe this should replace DVDs since HD-DVD and Bluray is beginning to be a fiasco.

The reader is about 2000 US, and the Read/Write is 10 grand, if I'm doing my math right, so.... who knows, the media is certainly cheap.

If it's only one dollar it's cheap enough top make up the cost I think, but how fast does it read?
