If you take any number and mix up the number then subtract the larger from the smaller the sum of the number will alway be a multiple of nine.

IE 4521 - 1254 = 3267 3+2+6+7=18

So when you cricle one all you have to do us figure what the next number would be to equal a multiple of 9.
