I'm buying my first house!!

So my wife and I are buying our first house! Had an offer accepted and just went through inspections this morning.

I'm so excited, but yet extremely nervous!

Cute little ranch style. 3 beds, 2 full baths. 1,900 total finished sq. ft. 220 electric. Roof and A/C unit only 3 years old. New windows. Quite a good bargain! Yard and landscaping need some TLC, but I have all winter to save for that and do it in the spring! We don't have neighbors behind us because it's an open field belonging to the elementary school down the road. When the kids get old enough, we just toss 'em over the fence and tell them to have a good day!

Yeah! I can't wait! I'm sick of apartment living!

So anyways...really no point to this thread other than to vent my excitement!

Did I read that right 220 electric, shouldn't it be 110 since you are in the states.

I'm assuming he means 220 besides 110.
Congratulations gamerman, I'm sure you'll love it!

thanks! Yeah, it has 220 coming in so it has extra power for things like Hot tubs, etc. The outlets are all on 110 circuits, but the extra power is there if needed.
