@ hempknight, in our slang, a douche(bag) is a derisive term, similar to "jerk" but much more crude. That's the context she was using it in, I believe....

and also i forgot to correct my earlier statement..a douche was sort of a birth control measure..used to wash/sponge out the results of being intimate with a man...
