Looking for a specific type of music..
I was watching TV the other day and these guys did a song in kind of a folksy manner and I was hoping you guys could help identify artists (or traditional songs) that are done in this manner.
As best as I can describe it using the medium of text would be to say that it is in 3/4 (like a waltz) and has a heavy one beat on the bass, so it sounds kind of like boom bah bah boom bah bah... oh yeah, it also is heavy on vocals. I think its traditional folk music but I'm not sure.. any ideas?
