My bass guitar. An Ibanez sr300, it's a fantastic piece of kit.

Hmm.... I remember now. The clan I'm in on Wolfenstein Enemy Territory was looking for a site to host screenshots, and I recommended that and webshots.

ctrl-v... nuttin'. No workie on a Mac.

command-v ... loco parentis

Was reading /. and "in loco parentis" came up a few times. I think it was in an article about some kid using an offsite proxy at school to get to MySpace or something the school was banning. Wanted to learn more about the phrase, because I thought for sure it had do something regarding crazy parents (sadly, it does not).

And now you know. And knowing is half the battle.

They just don't make these like they used to. The guy here is extremely kind and helpful, and the prices are pretty fair. Plus there's always something worth listening to playing on the hi-fi :) Highly recommended if you're a vinyl collector, or even if you're passing through Chester on a sunny day.
Was writing a review on a local record shop :)

In such situations, would Security not be responsible for checking that each floor is clear?

Hmmm....oh yes - I'm having 'words' about the fire evacuation procedures for this building, which at the moment, are laughable.
