My name is Mike. I am a field customer engineer for Hewlett Packard. I am presently assigned onsite at a large data center. Although I have worked extensively on hard copy (printers) in the past, I now work exclusively on servers (ProLiant, Dell, HP-PARISC), networks and whatever else they need help with. I have been doing this stuff since the early eighties (before "PC" was a word) so I hope I can make a worthwhile contribution to this forum.
