Confused Newbee intro

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this site--it looks awsome. It's great to know that people help each other just because!

I think that customer support is one of the most important aspects of a product, but I blew it recently when I purchased a new camcorder. It looks like the company is okay, but the bundled software is awful and the company provides no means of support.

I'd like to post a question about this, but I'm unsure as to the proper forum. Can someone please advise?

Thanks muchly in advance, and I hope that I can also provide some help to others along the way.

Re: Newbee intro

wow first one to welcome.

great.

welcome joannakat.

hope 2 see you around.

i am also new here, bu ti believe it should go in home - electronics category, however it could also be in software category coz you are getting the problem in software and not the camcoder itself.

Re: Newbee intro

Wow, thanks guys, so friendly! What a great group! Okay, so I'll post the question in gadgets, and software, and media?

It's really cool to see people from all over the world here. I'm writing from Israel (no politics please)!
