Hi All!
It's a pleasure to be here, how are you?
I'm an office manager struggling to keep up with digital concepts and provide support for all my higher-ups that know even less about computers and applications than I do. I feel safe saying these things because I know they would never visit this forum  I look forward to learning and contributing as I may. BTW, if an Admin happens to see this post, would you change my username from DefaulUser to DefaultUser? Thanks! |

I'm in the same boat you are in. I know more than my boss and I end up teaching him about computer technology and keeping him up to date....

Ah yes, its crummy when you get to teach the boss, the boss gets the recognition and what do you get? I hope in your case a raise or at least the recognition you deserve for being helpful....in any case, keep helping others, in the long run its the best thing to do.
