Did my post get lost in the shuffle?

Hi,
I posted my info and logs in the virus-trojan help section three days ago. I'm wondering if the analysts scan for threads without a reply to find the next one to work on. For some reason I couldn't attach the log when I first posted and had to put it in a reply so it may look like I've been answered? I don't know...its just that newer posts are being answered. Or, maybe it's just that the really important problems are handled first? Just wondering what I should do...
Thanks.

Re: Did my post get lost in the shuffle?

Hi and thanks.
I kinda hesitate to use a bump because I had to use one reply to attach my logs. At least I know a post with one response won't get ignored. I guess I'll wait and see a little while longer. In retrospect I realize I should've done it differently.
