Hey Everyone
Hi everyone! I'm very new to this so I'm going to need a little while to get used to all this, not to mention getting used to all the computer lingo.
My name is Marlene,. I'm 18 and I'm pretty good with computers, as in I know my way around but when it comes to viruses I'm just learning. Mainly because I have to though because I have one i just can't beat. Well hopefully someone can help me and if they can I will be super grateful! Thanks ahead of time! Marlene |

 If you really get stuck with your virus, follow these steps and post a DSS log in the HiJackThis Help forum. If you can't follow any of the steps please make a note of this in your reply. Please be patient as the analysts are very busy.
