Happy Holidays to all, just wanted to say hey as I just joined last week. I am in southern Ohio, just north of Cincinnati and have been sitting in front of a monitor for over 10 years (not straight, of course...

). I work at an IT helpdesk and have a small technical cert, most knowledge is self taught, work experience related.

Great job on this forum to all involved. I will be pointing people this way to get the help they need for sure!
