greetings from Hawaii. I having some issues with my computer, and I'm hoping to get some help here

. Seems that Norton Antivirus let me down

, so I'll be posting in the HJT forum fairly soon. I'm a financial analyst for a very large multi-national corporation, and until now I've had pretty good luck avoiding adware, malware, ransomware and the like. Hopefully I'll be back on track soon.
