Hello from the great white north

Hi,

I wish to thank all the experts on this site for providing a place for all the unfortunates who have chosen to work and play in a computer.

I am a long time mainframe programmer and have spent more hours than I can count, trying to make tune my PC the way I can tune a mainframe computer.

I sure hope you can help, cause I sure need it.
