another newbie with another issue...
im james, aka techmonkey, and i have a problem with a new toshiba satellite laptop detecting the wireless signal from a linksys wireless-g router i hooked up for my dad. i followed the instructions for setup perfectly and did everything properly but theres something wrong. the laptop is running windows vista. i know thats not the problem because we went to someone elses house and hooked everything up and the laptop got the signal just fine. if anyone has some incite, please reply, pm or email me. i have msn and yahoo messengers if anyone would be willing to walk me through before tuesday :P my emails are:
