Hello Everyone
Hi everyone, hope all are well. Computers have been of great interest to me for many years. I start out with a Commodore 64 and I am currently running a Gateway 614ge. I am toying with the idea of becoming a tech going for my A+ and hopefully farther. I do have aparticular burr in my saddle at the moment which I hoped to get some guidance on from your aggregate wisdom and knowledge, so here goes.
My daughters pc has a trojan virus she was inable to get the name. She said that AVG was detecting it when her machine rebooted. Now we have no keyboard or mouse, and since they have a muliti-user setup I can't even get past the user selection screen in regular or safe mode. Any ideas??
