Hello from Maine!

Good morning!

I found TSF while researching a printer issue. As often as I do on-line research, I have never come across this site before! I'm glad I finally found you!
My name is MJ and I am a self taught computer geek (although I did take a class in Access several years ago). I don't know everything about computers, that's for sure... but my knowledge base is quite broad (not too deep, but definately broad). I am very good at troubleshooting hardware and software issues and at removing spyware and malware. I love a good challenge and I am quite persistent. The best part is that every time I solve a problem I have learned something new!
So here I am! Hopefully I will be able to help some folks along the way!
