Hello from lost soul

I am not an Internet geek and it is the first that I do this (and I am already lost) ! I needed a help with something, went to Googles and here I am not even knowing what am I doing here. I am not sure that I belong here either but I am sure that somebody over there can help me (technically). Sorry, not much of interduction. I am originally from Serbia (ex Yugoslavia) and I write from Abu Dhabi where I've been living for past 3 years. Hope one day I can join you all as an equal member of this site (somebody who knows things and can help others), until then maybe you can help me. Thank you
