I have worked my way up the computer user ladder the hard way. Started with a VIC20 and then a Commadore64, MS Clone with DOS, Windows95,98 and now XP Home Edition. You would think that I would know what to do by now, but alas the machine still hangs up and shows me error codes. That is why I am on this forum. I am not lonely -- just confused.

It always amazes me that there are so many smart people that will generously help on the internet. I don't seem to see them in real life here in San Diego, but I have been assisted many times on line and look forward to reading and contributing anything I can.
