Thumbs Up Checking In

Hi everybody - I'm Mike, just an occasional computer "inquisitor"? I don't qualify as a geek or nerd, I don't focus very long on anything. I focus very well for short periods of time on whatever interests me, mostly just long enough to fix some kind of problem. I go on the net to get info that's available to everybody, but most people won't spend the time to look for help... I like asking for help, why should I re-invent the wheel? If someone already found the fix, I'm lazy enough to learn from their experiences, it just has to make sense to me or I won't remember it.
I hope to get answers to some problems over time, and when I run into some that I've already been through, hopefully I can help out.

Just FYI, the s in nelsonsdive is for sky or scuba, my old hobbies (that I wish I still had time for)

Re: Checking In

Thank you all for the warm greetings. I'm not much on posting, but obviously verbose when I do write
Thank you for your help to myself and others, being helped by others is how I learned, and I try to continue the thread to help out as I was helped (hopefully in the final tally I'll break even at least).

Cheers,

Mike
