Hows it going?

I'm so glad to have found this forum. With the recent problems I've been having on my computer, and an intense hatred for the Tech Support my computer's company provides (not to mention I have to pay for more support) this forum is a godsend.

I'm going to begin with the step-by-step processes to clean, diagnose, and secure my computer then I'll start asking the questions I have regarding the CTD's I've recently been getting in PC games, among other questions I have.
