Hello Everyone!
I am Bill a firefighter/paramedic from the Chicago Area. I live in the Chicago suburbs with my wife and two small children. My wife has been working with computers for a long time and got me interested. We did not have a IT admin at work and had a company that was doing a less than competent job. I told them I was pretty good with computers and guess what, now Im the admin. I have been doing it for a year now, in between calls, and have learned a tremendous amount. I have also repaired a few laptops and pcs. I came accross this site today while I was looking for an answer to a problem I have. I thought I would join and ask about my current issue and maybe I could be of some help to other people. Future thanks to everyone for your help, I will do my best to help as well.
