Hello
Hello... I'm a Desktop support/internet support specialist dropped into running a small IT department that includes VPN, Webhosting, SQL Server and a lousy voice mail system, on top of desktop and phone support as well as doing all company graphics and writing reports in both access and crystal reports. There are other fun jobs too like supporting visual basic programs that the last guy in this position wrote and told me my training on them was "You don't support that." That didn't fly with the owner, so now i support those as well... did I mention I also make only $12 per hour? I am a little bitter right now, but hey, in a year, I will leave this job with a nice resume builder. Sorry for the bitterness...
