Hi, I'm impressed by the technical support offered here. I just bought a new laptop Toshiba S6217 with Vista Home Premium. UGH! My first introduction to Vista. Have already bought the Dummies book by Andy Rathbone. I can tell this OS is going to give me fits... more so than DOS did years ago; ended up being an expert in DOS and pretty good in all other Operating Systems until Vista. LOL My first problems with Vista is with software and hardware compatibility... especially my OkiData laser color printer that I need to work so badly. I have four other Printers (an HP, & 3 Epsons) and have not even tried to installed those yet. I will need to call on this great group about Vista problems but will study the book first before asking questions. Thanks for letting me be part of this group and am looking forward to meeting everyone.
