Locked out in Indiana

Hi all! I am having a time with my system. I have some knowledge of computers, I'd say on a scale of 1-10 about 4 or 5. There is a lot learned but always find something unknown, lol!
I hope I find this site to be useful now and in the future.
I am a single father of three and a young Papa of three.
