Hi from Perth in Oz

Hi there,
We live in Perth Australia and it is a warm sunny 31 degrees today and I should be at the beach. But as Dad, I am the home IT manager support, helpdesk and general fixer of most things computer here, and today is no exception. So I am hoping someone will be able to help me now and in the future so we can all spend more time at the beach!
