I'm no technophobe, for sure, as I've researched and forum'ed and trial/error'rd my way through many a problem. I follow all the rules & instructions, very diligently, and I think I still have far more computer problems & far worse computer luck than pretty much anyone I know.

So, my latest issue (a dire one) brings me here to this website, where hopefully I'll find some good help.

I hope one day I can get all the technical roadblocks out of the way, or at least manageable, to allow me to focus on my work that technology is supposed to be enabling!

All right, enough of my bitchin! Back to work!

What exactly is the problem with your computer? you said you had one, just you never said what it was. I would be happy to help, i just need to know what it is.
