Newbie on Forums; Oldie on Tech. So what?

Hello!
I'm self-taught and been using computers a long time but as I'm known to say, "It ain't how old you are these e-days or how long you've e-been around. It's how many Gigs have you got and can you use them."

So, I've run up on a couple of problems with printers and scanners that I'm hoping can be run through this forum and look forward to being a part of a forum for the first time!

Hello, Tumbleweed36!
I feel a bit better & encouraged having a response from a moderator. I'm working on a post for the printer forum. Forgive me if I overlooked the rule for word length. Could you tell me what it is?
Thanks!

Hello, Carsey!
Wow! what a great bunch of article links.
I'm impressed to heck so far with the utilitarian usefulness of this forum.

The current limit for postings is set to 100,000 characters; but I suspect you mean something else - for this limit is kind of difficult for one to reach and surpass.
