Wont sent results

So i downloaded f@h and completed a wu but it will not send it or recieve another assignment

what can i try to make it work?

Sometimes the return servers can be a bit busy. As your WU is complete you will not loose points if its sent after the deadline as the WU records the day it was completed on.
Is this your first WU?
I think after 10 reties it will try a backup server. If that fails then i think your router is blocking F@H.

You can use this site to check the servers status. Check your log file for the information to find the server you are trying to connect to.

Josh, What client are you running?

Please attach a copy of your log.txt file with your next post.

If you haven't already, try restarting F@H.

It seems the servers are busy, ive just noticed that one of my WUs has retried 10 times to connect to 171.65.103.162 over a period of 1hr...

While typing this post it was just sent after retry number 11. So it looks like the servers are busy.

It's been pretty common of late for WUs to take some time to upload, but receiving new WUs shouldn't be an issue. Since he is not sending or receiving WUs there could be another issue involved. Firewall, router, config setting, etc.

I wonder if the SMP WUs are using a different server? Completed a WU about 2 hours ago and the data was sent within 2 minutes...

i sent the results it only took a day now im running it on my 9800

Good to hear Own3d.

You'll see better PPD with the GPU client on that 9800 than you would with any other client on your system.
