I'm in 3 rd place on TSF F@H so go games team!

but yea make a sticky or something in all of the categories for Threads of TSF

Yeah, I don't know about this, mainly because I'd be competing in Design. There's no way we could actually compete.

I had to drop out because of random issues. The SMP client started messing with things it wasn't supposed to so I canned it. The ATI GPU client just wouldn't get off the floor, and the console client sucks.

I would need a new fan as well, maybe some big intake manifolds too. Hmm, *starts designing*.

Forum vs Forum is only a suggestion. I'm open to all suggestions. We could just have a two or three team competition.

As for a site wide announcement that something that would need to go through the higher ranks. In fact, since I lost my Mod status I can't even create stickies any longer.

I'll see what Admin thinks and go from there.

Or maybe weight it, like they do on Biggest Loser. So it's not all about the points but a percentage based off of what client you use. So that people can use the console client and still make a difference.

so whoever wants to do this contest has to register what client they're using first then we can have a quick look at the average point per unit is and then do a comparison to the highest one which will be the GPU2 Client

Just an update.

I PMed Admin with a couple of suggestions and the Subteam Contest Idea. I have yet to receive a reply. I know he's pretty busy, so I'll let you guys know when I hear back from him.

Well just another small idea, esp for newer members who have yet to reach Enthusiast level.
Why not have a special member type for those people so that they can have their special signatures, etc after say 4 WU or something.
Thta way we know that they are really contributing and they have some motivation to do it??
And give some sort of incentive for those that are enthusiasts/teams/etc
Good point made about the Subteam contest, what about us that aren't on teams (although would like to be :P)?

I got up to 101 in Web Design and Development before I was asked to join. I wasn't expecting it at all, it just kind of happened.

All right, I'm going to try the SMP client again. If that doesn't work, I'll have to use to use the Console client. First I have to replace a fan or two (getting loud again).
