[SOLVED] difference of large Work units to small ones
I do large WU's over 10mb it takes arounnd 1hr55m per WU averaging 470 points. average points per day is 5,351.23 points

There are 3 types of standard WUs, Gromacs, AMBER and QMD. Each are calculated differently.

All GPU2 WUs are Gromac based. Here's a list of all WUs and their points value.
