F@H error....
Hi all,
All of a sudden, I'm getting "Could not connect to work server" Running Windows XP SP2... 2040MB RAM... Any ideas? Also, I remember reading a thread earlier about Ubuntu on a VM, but I can't find it anymore... Anyone know where that is? Thanks, -screen317 |

Re: F@H error....
Current Teams Is this the Ubuntu you were looking for? It is irrelevant if your system is 32 bit or 64 bit, I'm running 32 bit XP and it works fine for me. if you go onto page 10 of that thread, you will see that issue addressed.
Do you have a firewall blocking F@H internet access? |

What server is it failing to connect with. You can check server status, it might be a problem their end.

Re: F@H error....
You must have a dual core, 64bit CPU, and if it's Intel it support VT. If you only have a single core CPU, or a 32bit cpu then stick with windows GUI client.
As for the server connection, check the link that GG posted. Also, right click on the tray icon and go to Configure, Connection, and make sure the box next to "Use Internet Explorer settings" is unchecked. |

Re: F@H error....
mattlock,
Thank you for the reply! I had it set to Deadlineless. ![]() Set it to No Preference, restarted the application, and it proceeded to download an update, and away it went! All is well now; expect some contribution from me, finally. ![]() Thanks again. ![]() -screen317 |
