Re: Current Teams

Mike check out the FAQ from the folding website. Some CPUs just run it faster.

Re: Current Teams

It won't show up on the score sheet until you complete your first work unit, and then it takes about an hour or so for the site to update.

If you right-click the systray icon and select Status > User Statistics, it goes to the website and show all your details, including team name/number.

Re: Current Teams

It sometimes does that to me. It means the server is busy but your WU is saved and you just have to wait for it to be able to connect.

It's good to hear that you're so involved in this effort!

Your PC will hold the completed work until it's able to send it in. I had one machine complete a few units before it managed to get the timing right.

Re: Current Teams

teutoniswolf I'm not sure what is up, You can try to uninstall F@H and reinstall it but you may loose your WU. I would leave it alone for a while and if it still doesn't send the results then try to uninstal/reinstsall.

Re: Current Teams

I recall someone posting in one of the FaH threads here that in Vista you need to run everything as admin. If I can find it again I'll post the link.

Other things to check in the meamtime:

Right click on the tray icon and go to configure and under connection make sure that "Use Internet Explore settings" is not checked. Under advanced make sure "Ignore deadlines locally is unchecked and the drop down menu under that is set to No Preference.

We are getting more and more active CPUs. I now have both cores of My C2D running so that is a plus.
