Which book would best help me learn VB again
hello all. i have recently gotten a urge to re-learn VB. but alas VB.net has overthrown it from the thrown. from what i gather in searching the posts and general knowledge VB.net is rightfully the same thing just moreso integrated with the .net infrastructure-thingy-thing-thing. but i have VB 6 Pro, but am also looking to purchase a book to help me relearn what it was i was doing. i don't really develop for any big corps or ne thign. mostly just programming for my pleasure and making cool lil programs for friends like mini games and joke software and the like. if someone could post links to books or the titles and authors of books which will allow me to do this? and also will VB.net or VS 2003 or 2k5 [once released] will either of those help me more?
thanks guys |
