How to get the button code and trigger it without manually clicking on the button?

I am a newbie here. I am doing a project on a facebook application. I encountered a button code that uses <a> tag. When I went throught the source code, this is what the code looked like:

The button is named 'Click Again'. How do I get the html code that this button uses to trigger what clicking on the button does? I want an html code that I can open in a new tab or browser which does the same as what clicking on this button does. Is this possible to get? Would html sniffers help? If so, how can I use a html sniffer to get the code?

Please help. Much appreciated.
