How to add functionality to C++?
I'm trying to add functionality for double-double and quad-double data types to visual studio 2008, but apparently I'm doing something wrong. I downloaded a high precision library from http://crd.lbl.gov/~dhbailey/mpdist/, and it compiled just fine, but I don't know what I have to do other than that. A simple test program didn't work, so I know something is amiss. The instructions that came with the library either assumed I know way more than I do or they were written for Linux, because they made no sense to me.
What else do I need to do? |
