help with DVD Builder

I been using Roxio for the past years..but have not use it for some months. now am trying to build a DVD am having problems..let me try and explain.
1)I can start the 7.5 program
2) next i start DVD builder.
3) i see add content,Menu editor,dvd menu settings,on-disc options and production editor.
4) all functions on the production editor are ash out.
i cannot add or do anything .if i use video wave, and build the movie, i can't burn it as the DVD builder will not work.
am using Window xp pro.
Can any one help me or direct me to the correct forum.

Don't know anything about that program but maybe you can give DVD Flick a try.
