[SOLVED] XML Parse Error
Good Morning -
XP, IE7, Java 1.5.0.19 There are four customers in an office, three of which are having an issue. When the three customers attempt to upload the same xml file to a website, they receive the following error: Internet Explorer Error: Unable to process. Application Error. Java.lang.RuntimeException: Couldn't parse document during preparation stage. The fourth user can do this without issue. The following troubleshooting steps have been taken: - Removed all versions of Java. Removed all reg keys and file folders. - Reinstalled latest authorized version of Java, clean install. - Removed Java plug-in from IE and replaced with known good version. Any further ideas? Is this a Java-IE conflict? An XML file conflict? Anyone that can provide direction where to go on this is greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

Re: XML Parse Error
The issue was an ommited comment closure in the xml file. Three of the four customers has bad versions of the document. The issue was resolved by correcting the xml itself.
