I have alot of audio files and want to add them to windows media playlist but i cant..There was an option before where i could select all my audio files and right-click on them and say "add to windows media playlist"..but now that option is missing..if anyone knowing how to get that option back it would be greatly appreciated!!thanks..

Pretty sure you can just drag them from explorer into the windows media player library then go from there? I always remember windows media player being very drag&drop... If not post back and i'll actually download/reinstall wmp an work it out.

Most of the media players also have an auto detect feature you can turn on. all you need to do is look in the menu tabs for either in file or library depending on which version you're using ( i have wmp 11 ) and you can manually add the music to the player and it shud by all means keep track of any new music added on any of the drives you have on your system.
If not, try re installing it, some other program might have corrupted its databases. Hope this helps.
