How to make number testing Macro help!

To make a really long story short I have a program i need to log into in which i dont remember the username or ID of my account but remember the password, and there is NO way for me to find out the username. But i do remember the first 5 characters are the username there are 3 remaining numbers to my username. So i figured that narrows it down a bit so the question is what macro program out there could i use to run a macro over and over again that tests different usernames or really numbers in this case? It would need to work like this, enter in the first 5 characters of the username that i know are right and will always be the same, then enter in 000, (then in short) if the name fails it will enter in 001, then if that fails 002 and so on till 999 if need be. Is it possible for me to make a macro like this and how? i really need help on this!

so the username would be like this BRTY1*** --- the first 5 characters i know are right and those last three are numbers 0-9 that i dont remember.

Thanks

Re: How to make number testing Macro help!

Hey, you're asking us to give you an algorithm to brute force a passwd/username on a password protected program. We simply can't do this. So let's look for another solution?

What is the program?
Is there a lost passwd style function?
Have you tried contacting the program's tech support?

Cheers,
Jamey

Re: How to make number testing Macro help!

its an online mmo game about a year ago a friend was going to sell his account and its the norm that when u go to sell a MMO account u change your personal information and at the time my friend just typed in crazy stuff AKA fake address and phone number that he diddnt care to remember but now a year later we decided to play the game again and since his account never was accepted and sold he decided just to start it up again, and without knowing either his phone or home address listed they cant give us his account name. So thats what this is all about were all trying to help him.

Okay, haha, there's no chance then, if the site don't want to help you then it's not gonna happen.

Sorry,
Jamey

Re: How to make number testing Macro help!

i dont know what u mean, its just that under the normal account retreival they need your address you entered or number and he has neither, it sucks too cuz all the other information is right including the registration keys the guy even said that the first 5 characters are correct yet he still wont give us the account name.

Re: How to make number testing Macro help!

Contact the admin, if they don't give you it then you can't do it. Because if we were to give you an algorithm to brute force this site's login page it would only take small amounts of modification to turn it into a fully fledged brute forcer for anyone's user/pass...

We can't do it, if the site admin wont do it then you won't find a way. Why can't you create a new account?

Cheers,
Jamey

Re: How to make number testing Macro help!

@OP: Brute forcing is still circumventing, which we cannot help with.

@hussain_shabbir: Please start new threads for new problems. Also, you'll need to try to do the programming yourself and ask us specific questions. We won't do your work for you.
