Devloping s\w for a doctor
Hi All,
I want to make a s/w for a doctor who want to use it for below functionalities. The applications is a desktop specific, no web connectivity. Using Java is good for web based application, so i think Visual basic would be fine. You recommend any other software? 1. Keeping track of patients (thier illness, medications given) 2. Adding new patients information, changing it. (database required) 3. Keeping track of medicines in his store, generating a monthly report 4. Printing prescriptions for patient. Pls tell me if you want more information. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance |

Re: Devloping s\w for a doctor
if you are familiar with vb then use access and modify the vba to suit your needs and take advantage of the security settings built into the software for file access etc.
also consider multiple users, secretary data entry, doctor full file access etc. |
