Is it possible?
I was wondering if it was possible to make an .exe or .bat to do the following actions:
1.play video file using default video player for the file type. 1. alternatively, play the video file using specific video player. 2 upon completion of the video, delete the video file and the .bat or .exe, bypassing the recycle bin. If this is possible I would greatly appreciate it if said code could be posted along with the language used. Thanks in advance. The one who learns. |

Re: Is it possible?
1a) *Path to video file* will play the video in whatever player is assigned to that video as a default.
1b) *Path to player EXE* *Path to video file* usually works fine, but unless you always want one or the other you're going to have to put up with both 2) del *Path to video file* del *Path to bat* Then compile with Bat To Exe (though if you're going to take this step ensure that when you reference the bat you use a .exe ending instead of .bat... Cheers, Jamey |
