Question How do i add programs to my visual basic project? NEED FAST HELP!

thanks for viewing my post, and sry if i posted it in wrong thread.

i know i can add exe files to my project, i just dont know how.
i think i can do it in the settings but im not sure, im not sure if you understand what i mean either so im gnna show u a example...

note how he just press 1 button to open a new program.
(i downloaded it, and it was only 1 big program...)
