Question Tcl/Tk problem with Entry widget

Folks,

I know this may not be the correct thread for my question, but I didn't see a choice for Tcl/Tk problems. if there is anyone at this site that has Tcl/Tk experience I would appreciate their help.

Here is the problem I am encountering. I am running Tcl/Tk version
8.4.1 on Windows XP (srv pack 2). I have a Tk window that has multiple overlapping frames with each frame having multiple Entry widgets. For some reason, when I enter data into an Entry widget on one frame, the same data will appear in a different Entry widget on a subsequent frame. Why is this happening? I have tried setting the 'state' for Entry widgets on non-active frames to disabled, but the entered data still appears in the disabled widgets. How can this happen? All of the entry widgets have a different alias, and they were not created by copying another widget. By the way, I am using Visual Tcl to create the Window/GUI.

Any help, even directing me to someone with the knowledge to help, would be greatly appreciated.
