Confused Halloween program

Hello everyone,
Okay, let me start out by saying, I'm a total noob at all this programing stuff.
For Halloween every year my house goes crazy, we have motion sensor activated "poping heads", motion activated flame thrower, flying ghosts, video feeds, and a whole lot more. What I need to do is build/get a program that can "over-see" all of this and set off things and control pretty much everything. I would also need to build drivers and find a way to conect all of these things to my computer. If anyone could help me by telling me how or (if you want to be extremly nice) build the programs and drivers for me.

Any help is extremely helpful. Thank you soo much.
