Visual Basic: installing newly made program
Hi,I have created a program in Visual basic, and have gone through and published the application, I have the installer Icon now to open the program without running it in Visual Basic. When I try to open it, it says: System.FileNotFound.Exception: C:\Documents and Settings\schmidsa\Local Settings\ ........... I'm assuming this means that there is no such file as the one that it is trying to open. I have gone through into the Documents and Settings folder, then into schmidsa, and the Local Settings folder does not exist. I try to create this folder and it won't let me! Confused, don't have any sort of direction of where to go. Ideas??? Anything? I've tried and sort of combination of things and it is NOT working. |
