In need to instantenous help

Greetings to you all,

I need a programs that can do the following, even if its name only, please:

1) Block the access to the pornography sites from certain computer. and even more can block the images of adult content that could appear as a thumbnail after applying a search for porn pics by any search engine.

2) Detect any attempt to access those sites.

3) Above all can't be removed or modified by any one except the installer.

4) All day and night spy (detective....) for internet activity.

Please, I would be soooo grateful to you if you helped me even by the names of such a programs, please

I assume you want to prevent youngsters from access content that they are not suppost to get to.

Paid solutions have better support then free solutions:

Safe Eyes
they range from 20-70$
