Question on linking with flash
Ive created a banner, with a layer which is full dimentions ( transparent ) and inserted a transparent gif, ive converted the gif to a button and am trying to add an action script to it to enable user to click banner and go to a URL.
I've used the actionscript on (release) { getURL("http://www.mydomain.com", "_blank"; } But this doesn't work... any suggestions? When exported as movie the "pointer" icon appears on mouse on mouse over but when you click it doesnt link to URL in new window.. Please help!!
